Our StoryWhy ROTSTAR Matters
South Africa continues to experience one of the highest recidivism (repeat offending) rates in the world. While studies report varying figures, estimates suggest that between 55% and 90% of released offenders reoffend, many within the first year after release.
ROTSTAR was created to address these challenges by using Sports, Training and Recreation to change behaviour, develop discipline, improve employability and restore hope.
